My name is Pam Smith. I am a Realtor with a wonderful office, Premier Realtors of Columbus, LLC. 

• I am a member of the Columbus Board of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors.
  
• I am a member of the Commercial Committee, as well.
  
• I have completed the CBOR's  Code of Ethics class (2008).

Before Real Estate

I have lived in the Columbus area since 1994.  I have a great family and I love my home!  I stayed home with my kids for 8 years and explored my artistic side during my free time. I wanted to make really cute European style clothing for my kids. So I learned to sew.  Well, it kind of 'snowballed' from there! My kids would get many compliments on their outfits and I had requests to make more for other children.  Then, I was making personalized, appliqued towels  & Christmas stockings for kids. I also created Cigar Box purses and funky handbags!  I sold my children's clothing & purses in local boutiques. This lead to "Handbag Parties" where women got together over tappas and cocktails and shopped for one-of-a-kind handbags!  I did this for about 5 years and I was overwhelmed with trying to fill orders and take care of my family. I retired my sewing machine except for decorating projects.  I may one day do that, again, though. (Maybe, when the kids are grown.)  I have the need to create things so, I have recently began to paint. I am a local Folk Artist. My 'humble' works have been displayed in a local Uptown coffee shop and a Folk Art gallery. 

Military BRAT

I grew up in the Military. Of course, that involved a lot of moving! It was awful leaving friends! But I continue to keep in touch with a lot of my friends. Living on military installations helped me become very adaptive, approachable, outgoing, and easygoing. I seen a lot of extraordinary places, including Berlin, Germany. I was there when the Wall "fell."

If you choose to let me help you, you will find I am easy to get along with and I want to turn my clients into lifelong friends. I am a good listener. I am very creative and innovative. Attention to detail is key! I have high standards for myself when it comes to most things. If I don't know the answer to something, I will step back and take the time to figure it out myself or through a network of colleagues and friends. I love problem solving. I am easy to get a hold of. I am results driven and efficient. By the way, I say, "ain't," "ma'am & sir," and even, "ya'll." ( I point this out because some people have actually been offended! saying things like, "I work for a living! Don't call me sir.") Finally, I think most good things must be earned, including a great referral.

I Believe:
